Refund Policy for Donations

Thank you for your generous donation to the Australia Catholic Association. Your support helps us carry out our mission and make a positive impact in our community.

Refund Eligibility

1. All donations made to the Australia Catholic Association are considered final and are not normally eligible for refunds.
2. In certain exceptional circumstances, such as errors in donation processing or unauthorized transactions, the Australia Catholic Association may consider refund requests.

Refund Request Procedure

1. To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@aslca.org.au within 7 days of the donation date.
2. Include the following information in your refund request:
   • Full name
   • Contact information
   • Donation amount
   • Date of donation
   • Reason for the refund request
   • Copy of the donation receipt
3. Our team will review your request and, if deemed eligible, initiate the refund process.
4. As your donation was made through Stripe, it is subject to Stripe’s refund policy, terms and conditions.

Exceptions

The Australia Catholic Association reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Decisions will be made at the discretion of the Association’s management.

Changes to This Policy

The Australia Catholic Association reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
